Pledge of Service

We have a 10 point Pledge of Service. If we let you down at any stage, we’ll compensate you. For example, we’ll promise to keep to a time schedule; we’ll promise that our fitters won’t smoke in your home, nor will they play loud music; we’ll promise that all debris will be cleared away on completion; products will be cleaned; you’ll be shown how to operate products where applicable. Plus other undertakings, some important, some just icing on the cake. We just want you to be thrilled and delighted with every single aspect of the job - that’s our aim.

Ask other firms what they’ll do if you have an emergency involving their products - say for example it’s midnight on a Saturday night and you’ve locked yourself out without a key. Likely answers are, “I’ll give you my home number and I’m sure we’d be able to help”, or “make sure a neighbour has a spare key”, and other feeble offerings. We say “Just dial our dedicated emergency telephone number at any time and you’ll get immediate service”.

Say hello to Kevin Gray - he’s our man who knows! He’s our regular service engineer and knows most of our products inside out. Kevin has been with us for so long he doesn’t like to think about it - it makes him feel old. He’s still smiling though as you’ll find out if you ever need to use the after sales service.
